Gama Group is strengthening its position in the flexographic printing sector by introducing new technologies to monitor and manage printing fluids, alongside an expanded range of pressroom equipment. The new solutions focus on improving process stability, reducing waste, and increasing automation in corrugated and packaging print environments where water-based inks dominate.
At the core of the launch are two new systems: ACSone and LCSone. The ACSone Antifoam Control System automatically monitors foam formation and doses antifoaming agents to prevent print defects and maintain consistent print quality. Meanwhile, LCSone provides automated control of ink levels and consumption, maintains stable fluid levels, triggers alarms when needed, and integrates with refill systems. Together, these technologies reduce manual intervention while improving cost control and operational efficiency.
Beyond fluid management, Gama has expanded its pressroom equipment offering with plate washers, anilox cleaners, plate mounters, and storage systems for sleeves and plates. Available in both manual and automated configurations, these additions are designed to streamline workflows, improve safety, and reduce downtime. According to Gama, the combined portfolio reflects a broader push toward smarter, more controlled flexo production environments where efficiency, repeatability, and rapid return on investment are increasingly critical.
