Girls Who Print, the world’s largest network dedicated to advancing the careers of women in print and graphic communications, announced the recipients of the 2025 Girls Who Print Awards. The honorees were recognized during the organization’s annual global conference held virtually on November 13, which brought together nearly 400 registrants, over 100 live attendees, and close to 900 chat interactions across nine sessions featuring more than a dozen speakers.
Ally Award: Neil Felton, CEO, FESPA
Girls Who Print presented its 2025 Ally Award to Neil Felton for his leadership of Print for Good, a FESPA Foundation initiative that repurposes surplus event materials into educational resources for schools around the world. In 2024, the program delivered 1.5 tons of printed materials to five African schools, serving more than 850 students with posters, rulers, T-shirts and learning tools. Felton shared at the conference that the program will expand to Brazil, Mexico, Malawi and other regions. Girls Who Print recognized him for demonstrating how print can uplift communities and empower global education.
Rising Star Award: Tara Seth & Mackenzie Griffin — Ferris State University
This year’s Rising Star honorees, Tara Seth and Mackenzie Griffin, co-hosts of the Talk More Print podcast, have become standout voices for emerging professionals in the print industry. Their contributions include conference speaking engagements, mentorship of fellow students, and active participation in industry programs. Girls Who Print recognized their initiative, visibility, and commitment to supporting their peers.
The Girlie Award: Ayanfeoluwa Ibitoye — Regional Director, Girls Who Print Africa
The organization’s highest honor, The Girlie Award, was presented to Ayanfeoluwa Ibitoye for her transformative leadership in growing Girls Who Print across Africa. Through education, community-building and professional support, she has helped elevate women’s visibility in print and strengthened regional engagement. The award includes a $5,000 grant to support continued program development and outreach initiatives throughout the continent.
Girls Who Print also unveiled its major strategic focus for 2026: The Advancement Resource Center (ARC), a structured development ecosystem designed to support women’s career progression at every stage. ARC integrates expert access, on-demand learning through The Print University, mentorship, collaboration, and practical skill-building aligned with real-world needs across all print segments.
“Our mission continues in 2026 with a structured framework that supports women in print throughout their careers,” said Deborah Corn, Executive Director of Girls Who Print. “The ARC and Print University strengthen that mission by expanding access to experts, education, mentorship and professional development that help women advance on their own terms.” She emphasized that membership and sponsorship are key to sustaining and expanding the organization’s global programs.
