Graphco Enters New Era as Ownership Transition Sets Stage for Growth and Expansion

Graphco announced a significant ownership transition, with Jeremy Gattozzi and John Berger acquiring the company to guide its next phase of growth. The move marks a new chapter for the Ohio-based provider of offset presses, finishing equipment, and packaging solutions, while preserving the leadership continuity and industry relationships that have defined the business for more than five decades.

The transition follows a year-long process during which Gattozzi, who joined Graphco as Chief Operating Officer in late 2025, worked closely with the existing leadership team to develop a long-term vision for the company. Partnering with Berger, a seasoned entrepreneur with decades of experience building and scaling businesses, the new ownership group will focus on expansion while staying aligned with Graphco’s culture and customer-first approach.

Chris Manley will remain President, and Theresa Manley will continue as Chief Financial Officer, ensuring stability for customers, employees, and vendor partners. With a strong leadership team and renewed investment in talent and growth, Graphco is building on its strong foundation and expanding its capabilities across commercial print and packaging.
