GSE will present its latest ink dispensing systems and software solutions under the theme “Where Ink Meets Intelligence” at Labelexpo Europe 2025, stand 3A-47. The company will unveil new tools aimed at streamlining packaging print workflows, including GSE Advanced Reporting for automatic ink usage insights, a modular manual dispenser for smaller print runs, and an interactive touchpad experience allowing visitors to digitally design their ideal ink workflow. The innovations are designed to help converters enhance production efficiency, minimize waste, and make faster, more informed operational decisions.
A highlight of the show will be GSE Ink Manager (GIm) software, which powers end-to-end workflow digitalization by tracking ink usage, managing inventories, automating purchasing, and simplifying color recipe management. GIm integrates with MIS and ERP systems, offering real-time data on ink consumption, availability, and costs, allowing converters to optimise both quality control and resource planning. GSE’s Colorsat automatic dispensers, also on display, reduce ink waste by up to 30% while ensuring compliance with food safety standards. They offer customisable, modular systems that adapt to evolving production needs.
Visitors to the stand can explore GSE’s augmented reality-powered virtual ink room, experimenting with different workflow setups using touchpads. “Controlling ink processes and knowing more about your resources are critical for today’s fast-response, sustainable packaging production,” said Maarten Hummelen, Marketing Director at GSE. “Our solutions help printers achieve repeatable colour quality while maximising resource efficiency and data-driven decision-making.”
