Hapa to Debut H863 Labeljet Inline Printer at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025

Hapa, a Coesia company and leader in inline printing technologies for the pharmaceutical industry, will unveil its new H863 labeljet printer at PACK EXPO Las Vegas, taking place September 29 to October 1, 2025, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Visitors to the Coesia booth will see the H863 labeljet in action, showcasing how it enables high-speed, high-quality printing directly onto roll-fed labels for syringes, vials, injectors, and inhalers. Designed for narrow-web applications in aseptic filling and sealing lines, the H863 leverages Hapa’s advanced redcube+ technology to produce abrasion-resistant, variable data and artwork with unmatched speed and precision.

By eliminating the need for pre-printed labels, the H863 labeljet streamlines operations, reduces inventory, minimizes waste, and allows manufacturers to adapt quickly to regulatory changes and market demands. Key features include exceptional print durability, compact modular design for easy integration, ERP/MES compatibility for improved process transparency, and reduced reject rates through precise print positioning. The system is engineered to operate seamlessly in both continuous and intermittent production modes.

“Driven by industry trends toward liquid pharmaceuticals and growing aseptic packaging needs, the H863 labeljet positions manufacturers to meet global health demands effectively,” said Steve DiAngelis, Director for Hapa, Atlantic Zeiser, and AMACO in the US. “We’re excited to demonstrate its capabilities at PACK EXPO.” Alongside the H863, Coesia will present solutions from FlexLink, MGS, R.A Jones, and other group companies, highlighting the breadth of its packaging and automation expertise.
