RadTech Europe has announced the appointment of Holly Steedman as President, following the successful completion of Angelique Runacre’s term. A long-standing and active member of the RadTech Europe community, Steedman previously served as Vice President, working closely with the board and member companies on technical, regulatory, and educational initiatives. Her professional background spans industrial print, coatings, inks, and curing technologies, giving her a strong blend of technical expertise, commercial understanding, and collaborative industry experience.
In accepting the role, Steedman expressed her commitment to the organisation and its mission, emphasising her dedication to supporting technical exchange, education, and industry collaboration. She also paid tribute to Runacre’s leadership, particularly highlighting the success of the RadTech Europe Conference 2025. During her presidency, Runacre oversaw continued growth in membership and strengthened value-chain representation, alongside expanded initiatives such as the Ambassador programme and online seminars. As President, Steedman will focus on maintaining RadTech Europe’s position as a trusted platform for technical insight and open dialogue while supporting the evolving needs of the UV and EB sector, from material innovation through to industrial implementation.
