At PRINTING United Expo 2025, Inkcups will showcase a suite of direct-to-object innovations under the theme “Printing Beyond Boundaries”. The company’s booth (#1530) will feature new upgrades to the Helix ONE®, the U.S. debut of X5-T High Throw technology, and its award-winning Nano Pin Curing for clear cylindrical items. A key highlight is the Auto File automation tool for the Helix ONE®, enabling true print-on-demand workflows with features like barcode scanning and expanded media support—now capable of handling diameters as small as 1.3 inches.
The X5-T High Throw offers a major leap in versatility, allowing precise decoration of contoured or irregular shapes like handled mugs and mini sports balls. Also on display will be the Helix® printing live with Nano Pin Curing—reducing waste and time by eliminating the need to block light inside clear vessels. On the analog side, Inkcups will debut the Cobalt Edge laser plate maker and run demos of its popular B100 and 2200PS pad printers. “We are showcasing technologies that expand application possibilities and push the limits of what is achievable,” said CEO Bill Keating. “Visitors to our booth might just get a first look at something brand new as well!”
