Inkcups Expands Capabilities of Helix ONE® with New Automation and Application Features

Inkcups brings a series of powerful updates to its compact Helix ONE® cylindrical UV direct-to-object printer, designed to enhance automation, improve adhesion on challenging substrates, and broaden the range of compatible product sizes. These new features aim to make direct-to-object printing even more accessible, efficient, and versatile for print service providers across a range of industries.

Key upgrades include Auto File & barcode scanning for streamlined job setup and production, a new jettable SureBond Primer specifically formulated for powder-coated items, and an expanded diameter range down to 33mm, enabling decoration of smaller cylindrical objects like spice jars and cosmetic bottles. These additions build on the Helix ONE®’s compact footprint and cost-effective platform, helping users produce high-quality, full-color prints on drinkware, candle holders, bottles, and more.

“The Helix ONE® was developed to make cylindrical direct-to-object printing more scalable and accessible,” said Gregory Harwood, Director of Digital Product Management & Global Service at Inkcups. “These upgrades further that mission, empowering customers to streamline their operations and expand into new markets without sacrificing print quality or efficiency.”
