Koenig & Bauer Showcases Full-Spectrum Packaging Solutions at Print4All Milan

Koenig & Bauer made a strong impression at Print4All 2025 in Milan, showcasing its comprehensive portfolio for packaging production across two key locations: a main stand in Hall 11 and the Corrugated Experience Hub in Hall 9. Attendees were treated to the full range of solutions, spanning folding carton, label, commercial, and corrugated applications. The live production demo of the Omega Allpro 55 folder-gluer highlighted Koenig & Bauer’s role as a true end-to-end provider, with integrated systems for prepress, printing, die-cutting, and gluing, supported by automated workflow tools like LogoTronic and myKyana.

In the Corrugated Experience Hub, experts from Koenig & Bauer Celmacch presented the Chroma series for corrugated printing and die-cutting. Designed for maximum productivity, rapid job changes, and high automation, the Chroma line served as a focal point for corrugated converters seeking flexibility and quality in a competitive market. Meanwhile, Koenig & Bauer also emphasized its CI flexo press capabilities for a wide variety of substrates, as well as the high-performance RotaJET platform for webfed digital printing—ideal for short-run and personalized folding carton applications.

A major highlight was the introduction of Koenig & Bauer Vision & Protection’s brand security technologies. Innovations like Stegano (invisible data embedded in artwork), Ovjera (visible anti-counterfeit features), and Daktylo (unique product fingerprints) offer non-invasive, sustainable solutions that integrate directly into the print process. The "Protected at Print" initiative was also unveiled, empowering print service providers to integrate value-added security features into their offerings and expand their business models beyond conventional production.

Koenig & Bauer’s strong reputation in Italy, supported by its Celmacch production facility in Desenzano del Garda and long-term customer relationships, helped fuel business success at the show. Notable deals included Grafica Artistica Meridionale’s purchase of a Rapida 106 and the on-site acquisition of the Omega Allpro 55. Additional medium- and large-format Rapida press orders were secured during the fair, aided by Italy’s government-backed PNRR investment incentives. With strong interest and momentum from the show, Koenig & Bauer anticipates continued growth in post-event business across the region.
