Megnajet has introduced the JetSource HFR, a new high-volume fluid management system built for demanding inkjet applications requiring broader multi-printhead support. Designed to serve up to eight independent fluid paths and manage up to 4 liters of recirculation, the HFR targets high-duty environments like roll-to-roll, label, and web printing. It features over 900 watts of heating power, dual temperature regulation, precise pressure stabilization, and venturi-based meniscus control for consistent, high-speed output. Mike Seal, General Manager at Megnajet, says “We developed the JetSource HFR to address our customers’ needs for precise fluid control and conditioning for high-productivity applications. This therefore enables OEMs to focus on their core operations, without having to invest time and resources in developing their own systems.” This latest addition, alongside the JetSource Core, gives OEMs a scalable, plug-and-play solution for bar-based and wide-format inkjet systems without needing to engineer their own fluid systems.
