This non-exclusive technology partnership brings together two leaders in flexographic innovation to deliver a powerful, automated solution for roll cleaning and surface inspection—pushing the boundaries of what converters can expect from their pressroom technology. 

Designed for printers and converters aiming to reduce defects, extend roll life, and drive pressroom efficiency, the Meridian Elite+ combines precision laser cleaning with smart, connected inspection features. With MicroDynamics’ technology embedded directly into the cleaner’s HMI, operators can now capture fully automated cell volume measurements with ±1% repeatability and store inspection data in a centralized database. This integration reduces manual labor, enhances process control, and enables traceable, data-driven roll maintenance strategies.
