The National Postal Forum (NPF) launched Delivered™, a new online education platform that provides mailing and shipping professionals with continuous learning opportunities throughout the year. The platform marks a significant evolution in NPF’s commitment to supporting the industry, extending its educational mission beyond the annual in-person forum to a year-round, digital format.

Delivered™ offers professionals at every level access to practical, expert-led sessions that focus on strengthening skills, advancing operational excellence, and driving innovation. Designed to be flexible and accessible, sessions are available online and on demand, allowing participants to learn at their own pace and on their own schedule.

The platform launches with complimentary inaugural sessions beginning this winter. The first, USPS Promotions Explained: Discounts. Engagement. Impact will take place on December 9, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. EST. The session will feature USPS’s Heather Lewis, Dina Kessler of Kessler Creative, and Glen Swyers of Imagine Group. It will explore how USPS promotions can help mailers save on postage, increase engagement, and enhance campaign performance.

A second session, Introduction to Addressing, is scheduled for January 20, 2026, and will feature Adam Collinson of GrayHair Software and Earl Johnson of USPS. This session will focus on improving address accuracy, compliance, and cost efficiency through better data management and process optimization.
