Just a moment ago, I got a press release from Hunkeler announcing a change in daily operations on January 1st, 2023. Michel Hunkeler has been the CEO and Co-Owner of Hunkeler since he took over the position after his brother, Stefan Hunkeler, in 2015 - and as brothers and leaders at Hunkeler, together they have led the company into a global success within the growing niche, Hunkeler operates within.
From January 1st, 2023, current global CSO Daniel Erni will take over daily operations as Managing Director for Hunkeler AG. According to the press release, Erni has been a member of the executive board of Hunkeler and has experience with other companies. Looking through his LinkedIn Profile, he has, among other things, worked with Müller Martini from 2006-2009.
Daniel Erni has been with Hunkeler since 2016, is recognized as a significant part of the growth and higher earnings, and already has great experience with the Hunkeler operation. He will, by the way, continue to report to Michel Hunkeler, who will continue on a more strategic level within Hunkeler. Stefan Hunkeler continues in his position as Chairman of the Board.
