PostcardMania Selected to Beta Test Konica Minolta’s AccurioJet 60000 for Automated Direct Mail Growth

PostcardMania has been selected by Konica Minolta as one of two companies in North America to beta test its next-generation AccurioJet 60000, a high-speed digital inkjet press capable of 6,000 pages per hour. The press will join four existing AccurioJet units at the company’s Clearwater, Florida facility, strengthening the production backbone of PCM Integrations, PostcardMania’s fast-growing direct mail automation division. PCM Integrations enables marketers to automate physical mail using behavioral triggers such as abandoned carts, inactivity in the sales cycle, or customer milestones, delivering response rates well above those seen with email alone.

Demand for automated direct mail surged in 2024, with PCM Integrations reporting year-over-year revenue growth of nearly fifty-five percent. The addition of the AccurioJet 60000 will support continued expansion of personalized, data-driven campaigns, while maintaining rapid turnaround and high print quality. Since PostcardMania’s first Konica Minolta installation in 2016, the company has achieved dramatic improvements in printing speed, annual production volume, and digital printing revenue.

“PostcardMania’s ongoing innovations in marketing software continue to elevate client outcomes,” said Frank Mallozzi, president, IPP, Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. “Their forward-thinking leadership in embracing our inkjet solutions and amazing achievements made them an ideal choice for an AccurioJet 60000 beta test site.” Founder and CEO Joy Gendusa added that the press represents a step forward in delivering responsive, data-driven direct mail at scale, advancing the company’s mission of helping businesses grow through more effective marketing.

The partnership underscores the increasing alignment of high-speed inkjet production with automated campaign platforms, positioning PostcardMania to further expand its role in the market for personalized direct mail across the United States.
