UK-based wide format print specialist PressOn has invested in the Fujifilm Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED, marking its first partnership with Fujifilm and signaling a step-change in print versatility, speed, and environmental performance. Installed in June 2025, the hybrid printer is already delivering production efficiencies across both rigid and flexible media, while aligning with the company’s sustainability goals—including low-odor, UK-made Uvijet UH inks and reduced ventilation needs.
“What really set Fujifilm apart was their approach to ink,” said Andy Wilson, Managing Director of PressOn. “One of their team said something that stuck with me: ‘after everything else, the ink is what’s left behind.’ That perspective resonated.” Since installation, PressOn has reported faster substrate changes, less marking on fabrics, and improved print quality across the board. Backed by hands-on service and proximity to Fujifilm’s Broadstairs facility, the company views this as the first of many Fujifilm collaborations.
