The 2025 edition of Print4All built a strong momentum for the print industry, drawing 20,297 print and converting professionals from 68 countries and featuring 245 exhibitors. Held at Fiera Milano and co-organized by ACIMGA and ARGI, the show reaffirmed its status as a key platform for showcasing technological advancement, sparking sector-wide dialogue, and generating new business across the print, converting, and packaging value chains.

This year’s edition spotlighted innovations in digitalization, automation, and sustainability, with AI playing a growing role in improving process flexibility and efficiency. Advances in tactile printing, digital embellishment, and printing on natural or recycled materials reflected a clear trend toward smarter, more customized finishing solutions. In the converting space, digital systems and sustainable accessories, like tear and reinforcement tapes, took center stage.

Three focus areas provided deeper insight into market opportunities, including the Corrugated Experience,  showcasing the evolution of corrugated board from packaging material to a creative medium, PrintMAT,  highlighting tactile and decorative printing on non-traditional surfaces such as glass and textiles, and the always busy WeArePrint4All Hub, which served as the event’s cultural heart, featuring debates, training, and key announcements—including the launch of Gruppo Converting by Acimga and Girls Who Print Italia, a new diversity and inclusion initiative.

Print4All also participated in The Innovation Alliance, a collaborative exhibition ecosystem that brought together Print4All, GreenPlast, IPACK-IMA, and INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA. Collectively, the Alliance attracted over 108,000 visitors from 143 countries, with nearly 40% of its 1,857 exhibitors coming from abroad. Looking ahead, each exhibition in the Alliance will follow an independent schedule to better reflect the strategic needs of their sectors.

Print4All will return on its new biennial schedule from May 25–28, 2027, at Fiera Milano.
