Printeez Expands with Kornit Atlas MAX POLY to Replace Screen Printing in Sportswear Production

Kornit Digital Ltd. (NASDAQ: KRNT), a global leader in sustainable, on-demand digital fashion and textile production technologies, announced that Printeez, Inc. is expanding its use of Kornit Atlas MAX POLY systems to fully replace traditional screen printing for sportswear and custom apparel production. Based in Quebec, Printeez serves a diverse customer base spanning brands, creators, franchises, nonprofits, and sports organizations across North America. Specializing in polyester and blended substrates, the company is redefining what’s possible for fast, flexible, and high-quality apparel production, eliminating minimum order requirements.

After investing in two Atlas MAX POLY systems earlier this year, Printeez has doubled its capacity to four, as it integrates Kornit’s technology into its core operations. This expansion has allowed the company to dramatically reduce manual labor, eliminate multi-step setup processes, and deliver faster order-to-delivery cycles while maintaining exceptional print quality. “Printeez was born out of a passion to disrupt and transform the future of the apparel industry,” said Shawn Sckoropad, Founder and CEO of Printeez. “Our mission is to build a true retail-grade print-on-demand solution for individuals and major brands alike. Kornit gives us the technology to realize this vision. Together, we’re building our US-based production facility and scaling our platform to serve more than 10,000 users.”

According to Ilan Elad, President of the Americas at Kornit Digital, Printeez exemplifies the transformation happening in the sports and custom apparel markets. “The industry is under tremendous pressure to deliver rapid turnaround with a retail-like experience,” he said. “Too often, companies remain tied to outdated screen technology. With Kornit, businesses like Printeez are meeting demand with the speed, customization, and quality today’s market requires, especially in the growing sportswear segment where polyester dominates.” Kornit’s collaboration with Printeez underscores the shift toward sustainable, automated, and scalable digital workflows that empower both entrepreneurs and established brands to compete at a global level.
