PRINTING United Expo 2025 Promises Industry’s Most Immersive and Innovative Event Yet

PRINTING United Alliance has announced that this year’s PRINTING United Expo is set to be the most immersive in its history, delivering groundbreaking technologies and experiential learning opportunities for the global print community. Taking place from October 22 to 24, 2025, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, the event will bring together the entire spectrum of print, including commercial, packaging, labels, and wide-format, as well as textiles, apparel, and in-plant production. With more than one million square feet of exhibits and over 800 exhibitors, attendees can expect first-in-North America product debuts, workflow solutions that span multiple applications, and interactive show floor activations that highlight the industry’s accelerating convergence.

Among the new highlights, the PRINTING AI Pavilion will debut as a first-of-its-kind destination featuring live demos, case studies, and an “AI Wall” that illustrates how artificial intelligence is reshaping print workflows. Other fresh activations include the “Spill the Ink” roundtable discussions for candid peer-to-peer exchange, the expanded Apparel Zone with training and live presentations, and the PDAA Zone, where attendees can test film application techniques. The sold-out G7/G7+ Exchange underscores the importance of global color management standards, while iLEARNING+ live demos will showcase workforce development tools in areas such as AI, color management, and dye-sublimation.

The Expo will also highlight convergence in action, with cross-segment technologies enabling printers to diversify into packaging, signage, and specialty applications. From digital embellishment tools opening new revenue streams to textile automation transforming apparel production, the show floor will demonstrate how boundaries between print markets are rapidly disappearing. Workforce development and community remain central themes, with more than 70 paid education sessions, a dedicated Enterprise Print Track, and initiatives like Student Day and Women in Print Alliance programming. As Ford Bowers, CEO of PRINTING United Alliance, noted, “PRINTING United Expo 2025 is where convergence, innovation, and community come together.” The event promises to deliver unmatched access, learning, and connection, further cementing its place as the print industry’s most comprehensive global gathering.
