Promos Ink Transitions from Screen Printing to Kornit Digital On-Demand Production

Kornit Digital announced that Promos Ink, one of the top screen and embroidery decorators in the U.S., adopted its Apollo and Atlas MAX PLUS digital production systems to replace traditional screen printing workflows. The transition marks a significant milestone for the Dallas-based company, which has built its reputation by supporting more than 1,000 partners, distributors, and decorators with high-quality custom apparel and fulfillment services. Facing evolving customer expectations for faster turnarounds and flexible order quantities, Promos Ink turned to Kornit’s sustainable, on-demand solutions to expand its offerings without sacrificing its hallmark quality.

Promos Ink first introduced three Atlas MAX PLUS systems to meet growing demand for short-run, quick-turn projects. Recently, the company added the Kornit Apollo, a platform designed for large-scale production, enabling the shift away from analog screen printing and providing the scalability required to service enterprise-level jobs. By integrating digital mass-production technology, Promos Ink gains the ability to manage any run length, delivering both agility and efficiency while reducing costs associated with traditional processes.

“For us, customer relationships are built on speed and quality,” said Carla Dooley, CEO of Promos Ink. “As market needs evolved, screen printing alone could no longer meet every demand. By embracing Kornit’s on-demand digital platforms, we can say yes to every customer, regardless of the order size or timeline.” Kornit Digital CEO Ronen Samuel added that the partnership reflects a broader industry shift. “Brands need premium products delivered quickly, and digital mass-production is unlocking that capability. Companies like Promos Ink are setting the example for the industry’s future.”
