RMGT spotlighted its 8-color 920 Perfector with LED curing during a well-attended open house hosted by EZ Mailing in Indianapolis. Drawing more than 60 print professionals from 35 companies, the event featured continuous live demonstrations of the RMGT 920PF-8+ LED press, showcasing its five-minute make-ready and rapid production of sellable sheets in under 100 impressions—all with zero sheet misses.

RMGT President Katsushi Hirokawa and new International Sales Manager Takaki Yamada joined the event, underscoring RMGT's commitment to its North American customer base. “Watching the RMGT 920 and 970 presses in live production reinforces our mission to provide world-class offset solutions,” said Hirokawa. The event resonated with attendees from both digital and offset backgrounds, who were impressed by the press's efficiency, uptime, and production quality.

EZ Mailing President Kevin Bennett reflected on the company’s journey with RMGT: “Our first 920ST-4+ LED exceeded every expectation. Now, the new Long Perfector is enabling us to meet growing customer demand without missing a beat.” Graphco President Chris Manley added, “Having Hirokawa-San present, along with Yamada-San joining our sales team, shows RMGT’s strong dedication to supporting printers in the U.S. market.”

Beyond the live demos, the open house also highlighted a full range of Graphco-provided Horizon finishing equipment, including the StitchLiner Mark IV, SmartSlitter, AFC-566FG folder, and the U.S.’s first BQ-300 ICE-linked perfect binder. Graphco’s Gary Greis noted that the event generated new sales momentum, especially following Mr. Hirokawa’s additional visits to customers like Graphic Village, Moeller Printing, and The National Group—all recent RMGT adopters.

As Manley summed it up: “EZ Mailing’s leap from $2 million in 2018 to over $10 million in 2024 is a clear testament to what strategic investments in print technology—and the right partners—can accomplish.”
