Seaway Printing Adopts Advanced Automation Solutions from Heidelberg

Seaway Printing in Wisconsin has doubled its production capacity and increased automation by investing heavily in HEIDELBERG technology, including the first Plate to Unit fully automatic plate logistics system installed in the U.S. The company now operates three Speedmaster XL 106 presses, highly automated Suprasetter CtP systems, and Push to Stop Stahlfolder TH-P machines with robotic StackStar P stacking systems, achieving a 20% productivity increase and an OEE of 70%.
