Known for innovations like the Digifav B2 and Falcon B1 laminating systems, Bagel Systems brings European manufacturing muscle and engineering prowess to the North American leader. “By joining forces, we’re unlocking new potential for innovation,” said Brad Drever, President of Skandacor. The acquisition enables joint development of next-gen foiling and embellishment technologies, with continued operations from Bagel’s Barcelona HQ.
