The Strategic Mailing Partnership (SMP) announced the winners of its 2025 Awards during a ceremony that brought together over 300 leaders from across the print and mailing supply chain. Hosted by Hal Cruttenden, the event celebrated the people, campaigns, and organizations that are shaping the future of mail. Three categories, Mail Performance, Sustainable Campaign, and Bright Futures, took center stage as the industry gathered to showcase innovation, collaboration, and impact.

Webmart emerged as a standout winner, capturing the Platinum Mail Performance Award for its partnership with Exodus Adventure Travels. Their Welcome Home Programmatic Mailing leveraged live booking data and automated workflows to deliver highly personalized communications that boosted rebooking rates by more than 50 percent. The company also secured the Gold Sustainable Campaign Award for transforming the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation Catalogue, a project that cut carbon emissions by 79 percent while achieving record sales. Other winners included Precision Proco, Formara, Join the Dots, Nutshell Creative, Whistl Doordrop Media, and Go Inspire, each recognized for creative campaigns that blended data and print to deliver measurable results.

The Bright Futures Award, sponsored by Marketreach, recognized rising stars under 30 who are already making a significant impact. Hannah Murphy of PSE Agency earned Gold for her leadership in data-driven direct mail, with Isobel Arnold of Paragon and Claire Behan of Canon UK securing Silver and Bronze, respectively. Sustainability also remained a strong theme, with Join the Dots and Whistl winning Silver in the Sustainable Campaign category for the RSPCA’s Christmas Campaign. Lucy Swanston, Chair of the SMP, emphasized that the Awards highlight how innovation, sustainability, and young talent are keeping mail relevant and powerful within today’s integrated marketing landscape.
