UFabrik announced a series of new distributor appointments across Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe, accelerating the expansion of its international distribution network and broadening access to its sustainable textile printing materials.
In the Baltic region, UFabrik has appointed Sesoma as its distributor for Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Sesoma, a division of Mutoh, brings more than 20 years of experience supplying equipment and materials to the Baltic visual communications market, with established sales, service, and technical support operations. The partnership responds to increasing regional demand for soft signage, textile displays, and alternatives to PVC-based products.
“Across the Baltic markets we’re seeing a clear shift towards sustainable materials, soft signage, and flexible textile applications,” said Monica Mourao, European sales director at UFabrik. She noted that sectors such as retail, interior design, events, and exhibitions are driving demand for visually strong yet environmentally responsible solutions.
Sesoma said UFabrik fills a key gap in its materials portfolio. “Before partnering with UFabrik, our portfolio lacked a strong textile brand for wide format digital printing at an attractive customer price point,” said Alvis Butāns, Area Director for the Baltic states at Sesoma. He added that UFabrik’s range responds directly to customer requests for high-performance, sustainable alternatives to PVC. As part of the rollout, Sesoma will support customers with colour profiling and technical guidance, including advice on sublimation stretch and shrinkage.
UFabrik has also expanded its reach in Central Europe by appointing Comimpex Print as distributor for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Based in Brno, Comimpex Print supplies professional printing technologies, materials, and services to customers in advertising, sign making, exhibitions, interiors, and industrial production. Under the agreement, customers will gain access to UFabrik’s wide and super-wide textile portfolio, with particular focus on blockout and backlit materials used in LED frames and silicon edge graphics systems.
Comimpex Print first encountered UFabrik materials during demonstrations of EFI FabriVU technology and emphasized the importance of compatibility with premium printer platforms. “Together we will support print businesses across the Czech Republic and Slovakia with a strong, versatile UFabrik range well suited to the region’s growth in blockout displays, backlit graphics, and SEG systems,” said Petr Hanus.
Further strengthening its presence in Eastern Europe, UFabrik has appointed Multi-Jet Kft as its distributor in Hungary. Multi-Jet brings more than two decades of experience in the graphics and display sector and will introduce UFabrik’s PVC-free textile portfolio to Hungarian print service providers, supported by local stock and technical expertise.
“The primary criteria when selecting our partners are quality, reliability, flexibility, and long-term cooperation,” said Zsuzsanna Zátonyl, Purchasing Manager at Multi-Jet Kft. She emphasized the importance of supporting customers not only with products, but also with technical guidance during processing.
Through the Hungarian partnership, customers will gain access to UFabrik’s full textile range, designed to cover around 95 percent of applications in retail, exhibitions, and events, including backlit and frontlit displays, blockout materials, banners, flags, wall coverings, and structural applications such as tents and gazebos.
Joel Willcock, Director at UFabrik, said the appointments collectively strengthen the company’s position as a supplier of sustainable textile solutions across Europe. He highlighted UFabrik’s onboarding service, which includes on-site support from textile and colour specialists for customers transitioning to its materials, ensuring reliable results and smooth adoption.
With these distributor agreements, UFabrik continues to build a service-led, locally supported network designed to help print service providers transition away from PVC, adopt textile-based display solutions, and meet growing demand for sustainable wide-format applications without compromising quality or cost.
