UPM Adhesive Materials and Mark Andy announced the renewal of their strategic partnership, extending a collaboration that has now reached its seventh year in the Americas. The agreement reinforces a long-standing relationship focused on delivering high-performance and sustainable label-printing solutions by combining material innovation with advanced printing technologies. The partnership also reflects continued demand from converters for integrated solutions that meet evolving sustainability and production requirements.
The collaboration brings together UPM’s portfolio of self-adhesive label materials with Mark Andy’s conventional, hybrid, and digital printing presses. These solutions are designed to deliver consistent on-press performance while supporting cost efficiency and environmental goals. UPM materials are also featured at Mark Andy’s demo centers, allowing converters to evaluate how different substrates perform across various printing platforms and applications.
Both companies emphasized the practical value of the partnership for converters navigating changing market expectations. “By combining UPM’s material innovation with Mark Andy’s printing technologies, we support converters with solutions that perform reliably on press while aligning with sustainability and market demands,” said Kirit Naik of UPM Adhesive Materials. The renewal highlights the industry’s broader focus on collaboration to deliver scalable, sustainable labeling solutions that meet both regulatory and brand requirements.
