More than #surprising: A large part of the executives, especially on the executive boards and management floors, are unable to cope with the present.
I feel a strange "fear of life". Too much elixir of life is being used to maintain the status quo. Does this make sense? Rather not. Now, in the crisis, the chaff separates from the wheat. Suddenly it becomes clear what is important. Not to protect the acquis, maximize profits and fighting with elbows.
But to focus his activities on contributing through our own thinking and doing that we as a community benefit from it and that everyone can do better. #DontWorryBeHappy
I recommend that instead of playing more business monopoly, simply play extensively a game that we in Germany call „Mensch-Ärgere-Dich-Nicht“ (Man don't annoy you!). The beauty of this (analog) game: It is normal and desirable that you fail, return to the starting point and start over. And still have fun with others.
