Without us, no Votes!

Germany is preparing for an election, and the German Federation of Printers, BVDM, has published nine demands for the next government. Germany is the economic locomotive for Europe, but it has lost momentum as Germany is very industrial-heavy and, therefore, very influenced by how the heavy industries are developing. Especially VW is dragging the German economy down, and, of course, democratic parties, also in Germany, are afraid of interference from Elon Musk supporting the AfD (Alternative für Deutschland), an anti-democratic radical party.

The nine demands are: Strengthen competitiveness, Reduce bureaucracy, provide Financial relief through fair tax laws, provide the Right to analog life, Direct environmental protection in sensible directions, Secure Employment, Strengthen education, Facilitate research and innovation, and finally, Improve infrastructure.

We will investigate the demands next week and determine whether they can save the industry or whether there are alternatives.

Link to the demands here - can easily be Google translated if your German isn't up-to-date :-)
