XSYS has won the 2025 FTA Sustainability Excellence Award for its nyloflex eco series flexographic printing plates, recognized for reducing environmental impact while maintaining print quality. The nyloflex eco plates, made with up to 29% bio-based raw materials, offer faster drying times and lower greenhouse gas emissions, making them a sustainable alternative to conventional plates. Targeting eco-friendly applications such as folding cartons and corrugated post-print, the plates support brand owners’ sustainability goals with superior print performance on both absorbent and non-absorbent substrates. The award was presented during the FTA Forum & Infoflex event in Pittsburgh, PA.
