We believe that with all the fantastic resources you have gathered in one location over a few days, and guests from all over the world visiting you, why not extend that experience to the people who couldn't be there?

Interviewing guests, VIPs, management, product specialists, and stakeholders on all levels, deliver content that will extend the value of your event for a LONG time - and it's EASY.

We know the industry, and we know the questions to ask, so you don't need to spend a lot of time preparing this. Time is crucial. 

We offer four different packages, but you are always welcome to request a specific quotation if our packages don't fit your program.

Packages:
1+1 (one reporter + one filmer) - We come to your event, film, and conduct interviews on-site. We will produce a 'postcard' so it will be ready shortly after the event, typically the day after or within two days.

Day rate: €6,500 + travel/hotel/accommodation

1+2 (one reporter + two filmers) - With this package, we can film and interview more, but we also get time to edit and publish daily. This package is very popular as it provides an almost live experience, and for visitors, partners, and the industry, this is visible. 

Day rate: €7,900 + travel/hotel/accommodation

2+2+1 (two reporters + two filmers + one producer) - with our 2+2+1 package we offer comprehensive LIVE coverage of your event. Everything will be produced on-site and streamed to LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms. You can even set up a live stream on your website, allowing us to broadcast directly on your site. This setup requires more planning and has a planning cost of €5,000 plus the day rate.

Day rate: €12,500 + travel/hotel/accommodation
