SER Group acquired Metaforce, a Sweden-based innovator in Customer Communication Management (CCM) and Customer Experience Management (CXM). The acquisition significantly strengthens Doxis, SER’s AI-powered enterprise content management platform, by extending it into intelligent, automated document creation and outbound communication workflows. The move comes as organizations face rising expectations for personalized, compliant, and scalable customer communications. Integrating Metaforce’s CCM and CXM capabilities with Doxis creates a unified environment where companies can generate, govern, store, and deliver content using a single AI-driven platform.
